FORTE was founded in 1995. Over three decades Aleksander Gaczyński built a brand whose name became, in Łódź and the region, a byword for solidly made floors, stairs, decking and fine joinery. Over those years FORTE earned what cannot be bought overnight — the trust of its clients, experience, a close-knit team of craftsmen, and the reputation of a company that does its work precisely and on time.
In 2026 the founder decided to retire and pass the company on to the next generation — a deliberately planned continuation of the business. FORTE was taken over by Wojciech Skibiński, together with all its know-how, experienced staff and complete machinery park. The same craftsmen, the same proven Lägler sanders, the same materials from renowned manufacturers.
Our mission stays the same: professional delivery of every project, from a floor in an apartment to the restoration of a floor in a historic building. For our clients this means one thing — FORTE carries on, with the same commitment and the same responsibility for the final result.
